Passionflower has calming properties that encourage falling back asleep after waking up throughout the night. Thanks to its calming virtues, it helps soothe anxiety, restlessness and reduce overall stress.

Suggested Use
For adults 18 years and older. Take 1 to 2 capsules per day 15-30 minutes before bedtime.
