The estimated shipping cost shows up on checkout pages after the shipping address is updated.
Please Note: Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are going to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
If your order is returned to us due to banned / restricted products, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept order, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your account as follows:
You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge and 30% of the value of the order as a service fee.
If the product(s) is seized by customs there will be no credit processed for the product(s).
You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, etc. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for these shipments as well. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them. lifepluscanada.com will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.

FREE SHIPPING to Greater Vancouver* for orders over CAD69.00 and free shipping to the rest of Canada for orders over CAD99.00.

Please send an email to info@lifepluscanada.com for countries not listed above, these orders cannot be placed online. Please include the products name, quantity and shipping address in the email. We will get back to you in 2 business days.
Cancellations and Returns
Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action and is not always possible once an order has been placed. Please double check all order details thoroughly prior to placing your order as we are unable to add additional products or edit details of your order after it has been placed. If you've made an error in your order please contact our Customer Service immediately for best assistance.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you could request for a return within 7 days after products received. Please email info@lifepluscanada.com to initiate your return. Where a return is possible, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you, to facilitate the return of the item(s) to lifepluscanada.com.
For all returns:
- Items must not be opened, damaged, or used.
- Items must be shipped with the original packaging.
- Opened or used products, orders shipped outside of Canada, or any items marked as non-refundable/final sale are not within our return guidelines.
We cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:
- PPE Face Masks and Sanitizing Products
- Over-The-Counter Medications
- Food and Snacks
- Baby Food
- Infant Formula
- Temperature Sensitive Products (Probiotic, Enzymes, Honey, Fish Oil, etc)
- On-sale and Clearance Items
25% restocking fee is subjected to quantity over 10 bottles.
