MegaFood® Multi for Women 55+ is formulated by award-winning integrative medical physician, Tieraona Low Dog, M.D., specifically for men over the age of 55 who want a multi without iron, iodine or vitamin K (for those required to avoid these nutrients) that supports their optimal health and wellbeing.

Our tablets can taken any time of the day and are crafted with a host of supportive FoodState Nutrients™, including 1000 IU (25 mcg) of vitamin D to support healthy bones, choline for healthy memory and cognitive function, pumpkin seed and green tea extract, and zinc for healthy prostate function.

This formula is made without calcium. We recommend consulting with your healthcare practitioner to determine whether you should also supplement with a bone-supporting product, like MegaFood® Bone Health.
