Some studies have shown black cumin oil to have effective antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties thanks to the presence of phytochemicals such as thymoquinone, thymohydroquinone and thymol.

Suggested Use
You can take up to three teaspoons of our Black Seed Oil neat per day. It also adds a delicious flavour to salad dressings, soups and pasta dishes, but avoid using it in cooking as it doesn’t like to be heated.
Alternatively, dilute a small amount in a carrier oil and apply to skin and hair. As our oil is very potent, we recommend performing a patch test first to avoid any irritation.
