Suggested Use

Adults take 1 tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate)
800 mcg
Non-medical Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), and silicon dioxide.

Description

Helps to maintain good health and prevent neural tube defects when taken prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy in individuals with increased folate requirements due to reduced folate metabolism.

Caution

Keep out of reach of children. Folate supplements may mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you are uncertain whether or not you are taking adequate vitamin B12. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
