‍‍Cystoplus is indicated for the symptomatic relief of the burning pain and stinging associated with urinary bladder inflammation (cystitis) in adult women.

Get relief while your treatment takes effect. Sodium citrate, the active ingredient in Cystoplus, is an alkalinizing agent. When ingested, it raises the pH of the user's urine, which generally improves the symptoms of cystitis. Whether or not you are taking a prescribed antibiotic or anti-infective for a urinary tract infection, consider CYSTOPLUS to help relieve your symptoms to get on with your day.

‍‍Even if your doctor decides to prescribe an antibiotic to treat your cystitis, you can still use Cystoplus to help relieve the painful symptoms while you are taking the antibiotic.‍‍

Suggested Use

Cystoplus® has a quick 2-day dosage. You simply need to dissolve the contents of one sachet of Cystoplus® (cranberry avoured powder) into a glass of water and drink it, 3 times per day, for 2 days.
Each package of Cystoplus® contains 6 sachets, enough to complete your 2-day dosage. You must take all 6 sachets over 48 hours to complete the symptomatic treatment, even if you are feeling better.

Sodium citrate

Non-medical Ingredients: Amaranth, cranberry flavour, saccharin sodium, silicon dioxide, sugar

Caution

Consult a doctor if you have any of the following conditions: heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure or diabetes or if you have other underlying or ongoing health concerns.
Inform your doctor if you are taking other medicines, especially ACE inhibitors, diuretics or cyclosporine.
Do not take more than three sachets in one day. If you accidentally take more than the recommended dose, seek medical advice.
Use caution when administering to the elderly.
Do not use if you are taking lithium or hexamine, are on a low-sodium diet, or are sensitive to any of the ingredients.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Not recommended for use in men and children.
