Description

Iron is a mineral that the body needs to produce red blood cells. When the body does not get enough iron, it cannot produce the number of normal red blood cells needed to keep you in good health. This condition is called iron deficiency (iron shortage) or iron deficiency anemia. Palafer has original, cherry flavoured and prenatal care options for your iron needs!

Each capsule contains 300 mg ferrous fumarate, equivalent to 100 mg elemental iron
For the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency
Once a day dosing at bedtime on an empty stomach for adults and children 12 years and older, or as directed by a physician. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

Iron (ferrous fumarate equivalent to 100 mg elemental iron)

300 mg

Non-medical Ingredients: D&C yellow no.10, FD&C red no.2, FD&C red no.3, FD&C yellow no.6, gelatine, lactose monohydrate, povidone, purified water, silicon dioxide, sodium laurel sulphate, sucrose, talc, and titanium dioxide.
