Description

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of colds and flus, such as coughs, sore throat and mucus buildup (catarrh) of the (upper) respiratory tract. Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine (as an alternative) to help remove accumulated waste products via the kidneys, skin and mucus membranes.

 

Elderberry Sambucus nigra is a small shrub native to Europe. The fruit is a sweet, juicy, dark purple berry which has commonly been used in teas, wines and jellies. Our formula includes both the berry and the flower. Elderberry’s benefits may be due to its powerful naturally occurring antioxidants including flavonoids and phenolic compounds. Elderberry may help support general wellbeing, especially during the cold months. Manufactured in our own facility, Solaray Elderberry is non-GMO, vegan, and lab verified for potency, purity, and identity.

Suggested Use

Adults 18 years and older: take 2 VegCaps, two times daily.

Ingredients

Each vegetarian capsule contains:
European elder fruit (Sambucus nigra subsp. nigra)
350 mg
European elder flower (Sambucus nigra subsp. nigra)
100 mg
Non-medical Ingredients: Hypromellose (capsule), Oryza sativa (Rice) Powder, Oryza sativa (Rice) Hull Powder, Organic Gum Arabic, Organic Sunflower Oil, Silica.
