For dehydration due to fever, exercise, travel and heat Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting the signs of dehydration: 13 years-Adult, Take 200 -1400 mL per day*
For dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhea: 13 years-Adult, Take 3000 -3600 mL per day*

1. Place two tablets in 200 mL of fresh, cold drinking water.
2. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
3. Discard unused solution after 6 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated.
