Flor•Essence® Adults: Shake well before use. Measure 2 tablespoons (30ml) and dilute with about an equal amount of hot water. Take twice daily, preferably 30 minutes before eating in the morning and before bedtime.
Pro•Essence® Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily (once in the morning and once in the evening) with a glass of warm water.
Floralax® II Adults: Take 1 tablespoon (5g) 3 times daily. For each dose, mix well with at least 250 ml liquid and drink immediately.
