High in essential oils, some of our favorite herbs hail from organic farms in Egypt and in Bulgaria’s idyllic meadows.

Suggested Use

Adults: Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.

Organic chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita)
600 mg
Organic English lavender flower (Lavandula angustifolia)
450 mg
Organic lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis)
450 mg
