Use our Valericalm liquid tincture if you need an all-natural calming, sedative formula to help calm and relax you and ease you into a peaceful, restorative sleep.

Suggested Use

Adults: Take 2 ml (60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. When used as a sleep tonic, the full 6 ml (180 drops) daily dose may be taken in a little water on an empty stomach at bedtime. Store at room temperature.

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla, flower)

Hops (Humulus lupulus, strobile)
0.14 ml
Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca, herb top)
0.1 ml
Non-medical Ingredients: Grain Alcohol, Distilled Water, Kosher Vegetable Glycerine
