Suggested Use

Adults: Mix two level scoops of powder (10 g) into 250 mL – 500 mL of liquid per day. Take a few hours away from other medications and natural health products. Dissolves best if shaken in liquid (use shaker cup). Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. No refrigeration required. Store in a cool dry place.
