Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, our logistics have been significantly impacted. Despite our best efforts to minimize disruptions, some orders have faced unavoidable delays. Unfortunately, there is currently no indication that the strike will end soon. Moreover, carriers like UPS and Purolator are experiencing backlogs, and with the holiday season approaching, the shipping situation is unlikely to improve in the short term.

We completely understand that some customers have requested order cancellations due to these delays. While we are doing our best to accommodate such requests, we kindly ask for your understanding. As a small independent business, the costs associated with cancellations and shipping losses are especially challenging for us to bear.

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend returns and refunds related to shipping delays. This policy will take effect immediately and remain in place until further notice.

If timely delivery is a top priority for you, we encourage you to consider alternative online purchasing options or visit our physical store. We also encourage supporting local businesses within your community or neighbourhood to meet your needs.
