Canada Post is currently experiencing a service disruption until further notice. We kindly request you to follow the steps below to ensure minimal disruptions to your deliveries:
- If you typically ship to a PO Box, be sure to update your shipping address to a CIVIC address (i.e. a home or business or a friend/family member's home) - make sure to click "save and continue" when updating.
- Double-check your shipping address in checkout, to ensure you've updated properly.
- For orders where Canada Post is the only available delivery option, or orders already in the Canada Post network, please be advised that we cannot guarantee the timing of delivery with Canada Post, during this time.
- Shop early! Place your holiday orders early to ensure they get to you in time!
