Suggested Use

Infants 0 -2 Months: 1/4 tsp (equal to 15 mg of elemental iron) daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Infants and children 2 months - 13 years: 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp (equal to 15 - 30 mg of elemental iron) daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

14 years and older: 1/4 to 3/4 tsp (equal to 15 - 45 mg of elemental iron) daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.
