Suggested Use

Ages 9 to 18 - Take one (1) tablet per day with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Zinc (TRAACS* Zinc Bis-glycinate Chelate)

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)

Non-medical Ingredients: Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, glycine, citric acid, silica.
